1. SALE OF CITY OWNED LAND - REAR OF 1000
MAIN STREET.
Ald. Wiza stated that he received a letter from Cynthia Kieper stating that she had not received notice of this
property being for sale and would like to submit a bid.
Ald. Stroik stated he does not have a problem with selling the property, but would like to see the property up
for bid and sold to the highest bidder.
Motion made by Ald. Stroik, seconded by Ald. Walther to sell the property with all related expenses to the highest
bidder.
Ayes: All Nays: None Motion carried.
