1. ASSESSOR'S REPORT.
Motion made by Ald. Moore, seconded by Ald. Walther to accept the report of the Assessor and place it on file.
Ayes: All Nays: None Motion carried.
2. CONSIDERATION OF CLAIMS:
A. STEVE GAWLIK & DAVID TORREY. B. DENISE SPIELMAN. C. GREGORY WYKHUIS. D. CHARLENE EVENSON.
C/T Schlice stated Sentry is recommending denial of the claims.
Motion made by Ald. Molski, seconded by Ald. Stroik to deny the consideration of claims for Steve Gawlik &
David Torrey, Denise Spielman, Gregory Wykhuis and Charlene Evenson.
Ayes: All Nays: None Motion carried.
3. AUTHORIZE MAYOR AND COMPTROLLER
TO ACQUIRE PROPERTY IN TID DISTRICT 6 - NORTH OF CENTERPOINT DRIVE.
C/T Schlice stated we will also have to do a relocation plan as part of the authorization, which is required by
law. He stated that Director Gardner can do this in-house. This will just get the process started to look at either
purchase or obtain "options" on the property. We need to gain control of the area so we can get it developed.
Motion made by Ald. Moore, seconded by Ald. Hanson to authorize the Mayor and Comptroller to acquire property in
TID District 6, north of Centerpoint Drive and develop a relocation plan.
Ayes: All Nays: None Motion carried.
