Chairman Moore called the meeting to order.
1. Enter closed session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes 19.85(1) (e) and (f) for:
A. Update on bargaining and review of Teamsters Union Local 662 (Police Officers) 2007-2008 Tentative Agreement.
Sevenich Moved to adjourn into closed session pursuant
to Wisconsin State Statute 9.85(1)(f) for an update on bargaining and a review of Teamsters Union Local 662 P.M.
(Police Officers) 2007-2008 Tentative Agreement.
Roll Call: Ayes: Chairman Moore; Alderpersons Molski, Sevenich, Wiza, Hanson
Nays: None. Motion carried.
2. Reconvene into open session (approximately 10 minutes after adjourning into closed session) for action on:
A. Teamsters Union Local 662 (Police Officers) 2007-2008 Tentative Agreement.
Hanson Moved to reconvene into open session for possible action on the Teamsters Local 662 (Police Officers) 2007-2008 Tentative Agreement, seconded by Wiza.
Roll Call: Ayes: Chairman Moore; Alderpersons Molski,
Sevenich, Wiza, Hanson
Nays: None. Motion carried.
A. Alderman Molski moved to recommend ratification of the Teamsters Union Local 662 (Police Officers) 2007-2008
Tentative Agreement, Alderman Moore seconded, motion carried all ayes.
