Also Present: Mayor Halverson; Alderpersons Trzebiatowski, Barber; Assessor Kuehn; Personnel Specialist Jakusz
Chairman Hanson called the meeting to order.
4:03 p.m. Adjourn into Executive Session
Alderman Moore moved, seconded by Alderman Wiza
to adjourn into executive session pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(c) for City Assessor applicant interviews.
4:21 p.m. Reconvene into Open Session
Alderman Moore moved, seconded by Alderman Myers
to reconvene into open session for possible action.
Alderman Moore moved, seconded by Alderman Wiza to direct the Personnel Specialist to extend the offer of employment
to Patrick Chaneske subject to final confirmation by the Common Council to fill the unexpired term.
4:25 p.m. Adjournment.
*Personnel Specialist's Note: Mr. Chaneske was contacted on May 10 and offered the position, which he verbally accepted. He contacted the Personnel Specialist on May 15, 2007 to rescind his acceptance due to his family's unwillingness to relocate.
