9.85 (1) (e) and (f) for:
A. Update on bargaining and review of AFSCME Local 309 (Streets & Parks) 2007 - 2008 Tentative Agreement.
B. Reconvene into open session (approximately 15 minutes after adjourning into closed session) for possible action
on the AFSCME Local 309 (Streets & Parks) 2007-2008 Tentative Agreement.

Chairman Hanson called the meeting to order.
1. Request for out of state
travel - Engineering Department
Per City Administrative Policy, requests for out
of state travel must be approved by the Personnel Committee. As stated in Director Euclide's request, the cost
for conference attendance and associated travel will be covered within his existing (2007) budget.
Alderperson Wiza moved, Alderperson Moore seconded, to approve the out of state travel as requested by Director
Euclide. Ayes all, nays none; motion carried.
2. Enter closed session (7:52
p.m.) pursuant to Wisconsin State Statute 19.85(1)(e) and (f) for:
A. Update on bargaining and review of AFSCME Local 309 (Streets & Parks) 2007-2008 Tentative Agreement.
Alderperson Moore moved to enter closed session, Alderperson Myers seconded.
Roll Call: Ayes: Chairman Hanson; Alderpersons Molski,
Moore, Wiza, Myers.
Alderperson Wiza moved, Alderperson Moore seconded, to reconvene into open session (7:55 p.m.).
Roll Call: Ayes: Chairman Hanson; Alderpersons Molski,
Moore, Wiza, Myers.
Motion by Molski, second by Wiza, to recommend ratification of the 2007-2008 AFSCME Local 309 (Streets & Parks)
2007-2008 Tentative Agreement. Ayes all, motion carried.
Chairman Hanson noted the committee's appreciation of the work the City's bargaining Committee put forth in these
negotiations.
