Also Present: Mayor Halverson; Alderperson Trzebiatowski, Personnel Specialist Jakusz
Chairman Hanson called the meeting to order.
4:50 p.m. Adjourn into Executive Session
Alderman Wiza moved, seconded by Alderperson Molski to adjourn into executive session pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(c) for City Assessor applicant interviews.
Roll Call: Ayes: Chairman Hanson, Alderpersons Moore,
Wiza, Myers, Molski
Nays: None. Motion carried.
6:35 p.m. Reconvene into Open Session
Alderman Hanson moved, seconded by Alderman Molski to reconvene into open session for possible action.

Wiza, Myers, Molski
Nays: None. Motion carried.
Alderman Myers moved, seconded by Alderman Wiza to direct the Personnel Specialist to extend the offer of employment
to James Siebers at an annual salary of $60,000.00 to include the 12 workdays in August and September Mr. Siebers
has previously scheduled for conference attendance, subject to final confirmation
by the Common Council to fill the unexpired term.
6:40 p.m. Adjournment
Alderperson Moore moved to adjourn the meeting; Alderperson Hanson seconded. Ayes all, nays none; motion carried.
