Roll Call: Commissioners Meyer, Nuck, Rice, and Schleihs
Excused: Taylor

Also Present: Fire Chief Barnes

2. Adjourn into Closed Session (6:00 p.m.)

Commissioner Nuck moved, seconded by Commissioner Rice, to adjourn into Closed Session pursuant to sec. 19.85(1)(c), Wis. Stats. for a deputy chief applicant interview.

Commissioner Nuck, yes
Commissioner Rice, yes
Commissioner Schleihs, yes

Ayes, all; nays, none. Motion carried.

3. Reconvene into Open Session ( 7:12 p.m.)

Commissioner Meyer moved, seconded by Commissioner Rice that the Commission will extend an offer of employment for the position of Deputy Chief for the Stevens Point Fire Department to Robert Finn of Wheaton, IL contingent upon successful completion of all remaining hiring protocols and testing.

Commissioner Rice, yes
Commissioner Schleihs, yes

Ayes, all; nays, none. Motion carried.

4. Adjournment

The meeting adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
