Ald. Trzebiatowski moved, seconded by Ald. Barber, approval of the 25 New Operator licenses; Temporary Class "B"/"Class B" Retailer's licenses for St. Joseph Parish's Winter Fest on February 16, 2007 and St. Peter's Holy Name Society Annual Spring Dance on April 22, 2007 at St. Peter's School. Ayes, all; nays, none. Motion carried.

2. Recommendation of the January 2007 Inspection Report:

A. Construction Starts.
B. Violations.

Ald. Robinson moved, seconded by Ald.Slowinski, approval of the Inspection Report for January 2007 and to have it placed on file. Ayes, all; nays, none. Motion carried.
