C/T Schlice moved, seconded by Alderperson Wiza to accept the March 2007 Parking Meter Report and place it on file.
Ayes all; nays none; Motion carried.
2. Consideration/Action of
Bids for Patch Street Trail Project Rejection #01-07:
Bids came in considerably higher then estimated.
We have a two year window to do this project and the grant money has a three year window giving us time to phase
the project. By doing the project over a two year period, we are able to have City Street Crews do most of the
work; thereby lowering the costs to within original estimates.
Mayor Wescott moved, seconded by Alderperson Stroik to accept the rejection of Patch Street Trail Project bid #01-07.
Ayes all; nays none; Motion carried.

Airport Terminal - Terminal remodeling project.
ILS - The expiration of construction of the instrument landing system (ILS)B. Engineering
Field work and design - The designing of 2007 projects.
C. Streets
Maintenance Projects - Street sweeping "full sweep" of the city starting around mid month. Continuation of street crews maintenance.
Garbage and Recycling - Evaluation of fully automated garbage and recycling trucks.
Alderperson Stroik moved, seconded by Trzebiatowski
to accept the director's report.
