2. Consideration/Action to award
the 2008 Commuter Trail Under I39 Project #01-08 to Shulfer Enterprises, Plover, WI in the amount of $170,942.10.
Ald. Stroik moved, Ald. Slowinski seconded, to approve the award of the 2008 Commuter Trail Under I39 Project #01-08
to Shulfer Enterprises, Plover, WI in the amount of $170,942.10.
Mayor Halverson stated this was delayed in June because we did not have the award from the State. He said the information
was received two days after the last Council meeting. The Mayor noted that everything is the same as last month.
City Attorney Molepske noted that the insurance issue has been settled.
Roll Call: Ayes: Ald. Myers, Walther, Hanson, Wiza, Slowinski, Trzebiatowski, Molski, Stroik, Brooks, Moore.
Nays: None. Motion carried.
3. Consideration/Action to
reject all bids for the 2008 Fourth Avenue Project #03-08; (Attachment).
No action was needed as the Board of Public Works rejected the bids.
4. Adjournment.
