Special City Council Meeting

Mayor Andrew Halverson, presiding
Roll Call:
Alderpersons Myers, Hanson, Wiza, Heart, Slowinski, Trzebiatowski, Molski, Brooks, and Moore.
Excused:
Alderpersons Walther and Stroik.

2. Consideration/Action to award the 2008 Sanitary Sewer Lining Project #13-08.
3. Enter into closed session (approximately 7:30 p.m.) pursuant to Wisconsin Statute
19.85(1)(g) to consult with City Attorney regarding tax appeal litigation in which the City is or is likely to
become involved.
4. Reconvene into open session (approximately 10 minutes after adjournment into closed
session) to Authorized the City Attorney to employ expert appraiser to assist in litigation.

2. Consideration/Action to award the 2008 Sanitary Sewer Lining Project #13-08.
Ald. Molski moved, Ald. Slowinski seconded to award
the 2008 Sanitary Sewer Lining Project #13-08 to Visu-Sewer Clean and Seal Inc. in the amount of $197,247.00.
Roll Call: Ayes: Myers, Hanson, Wiza, Heart, Slowinski, Trzebiatowski, Molski, Brooks, and Moore.
Nays: None. Motion Adopted.
3. Enter into closed session
(7:26 p.m.) pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(g) to consult with City Attorney regarding tax appeal litigation
in which the City is or is likely to become involved.
Ald. Myers moved, Ald. Heart seconded, to enter
into closed session pursuant to Wisconsin Statute 19.85(1)(g) to consult with City Attorney regarding tax appeal
litigation in which the City is or is likely to become involved.
Roll Call: Ayes: Myers, Hanson, Wiza, Heart, Slowinski, Trzebiatowski, Molski, Brooks, and Moore.
Nays: None. Motion Adopted.
4. Reconvene into open session
(46 minutes after adjournment into closed session) to Authorized the City Attorney to employ expert appraiser to
assist in litigation.
Ald. Hanson moved, Ald. Brooks seconded, to reconvene
into open session (8:12 p.m.).
Roll Call: Ayes: Myers, Hanson, Wiza, Heart, Slowinski, Trzebiatowski, Molski, Brooks, and Moore.
Nays: None. Motion Adopted.
Ald. Moore moved, Ald. Trzebiatowski seconded, to Authorized the City Attorney to employ expert appraiser to assist
in litigation.

Nays: None. Motion Adopted.
