Excused: Hanson.

1. Consideration of Proposals for 2008A Borrowing.
C/T Schlice stated that proposals were received
from 6 banks and that the interest rates ranged from a high of 4.38% to a low of 3.021%.
Motion made by Ald. Molski, seconded by Ald. Walther to approve the borrowing of $4,364,000 from Chase Bank at
an interest rate of 3.021%.
Ayes: All Nays: None Motion carried.
