Present: : Alderpersons Molski, Walther, Moore, Stroik and Hanson.
Also Present: Mayor Halverson, C/T Schlice, City Attorney Molepske, Clerk Moe, Directors: Euclide, Gardner, Schrader, Halverson, Assessor Siebers, Fire Chief Barnes, Police Chief Morris, Captain Ruder, Supt. of Maintenance Laidlaw, Ald. Wiza, Slowinski, Trzebiatowski, Heart, Myers, Brooks, Gene Kemmeter, Kelly Pazdernik, Corey Marschke.

1. Approval of funding conditions for enhancement grant:
C/T Schlice stated that he needs authorization to
sign off on the grant application that the City will fund the project(s) that are approved. The Council will still
have an option to accept , reject or amend the project prior to accepting the project agreement.
Motion made by Ald. Moore Seconded by Ald. Hanson to approve the funding conditions of the enhancement grant.
Ayes: All Nays : None Motion carried
2. License for parallel commuter

C.T Schlice recommended that if the license is approved that #14 not be included in the approval as he had a problem with the wording that could require the City to expend $4,000 annually for the liability coverage. City Attorney Molepske stated that the City would have strict liability and be responsible for any incident under the current wording. Ald. Wiza indicated that the Railroad should donate the use of the space as they do not comply with RR time restriction crossing limitations. Ald.. Molski stated that the City Attorney should be part of the negotiations of this agreement.
Motion made by Ald.. Moore seconded by Ald. Walther
to send back the agreement for further negotiation

3. Report of repair at Lincoln Center
C/T Schlice stated that the City is responsible for any repair in excess of $2,000. He had been contacted by the County about the emergency replacement of the water heater and that the County would install the new unit. Under emergency conditions C/T Schlice stated he approved the replacement and would report the action to the Finance Committee.
Motion by : Ald.. Moore seconded by Ald.. Molski
to accept the report and place it on file

Tax Reports:
Motion by: Ald.. Stroik seconded by Ald.. Hanson
to accept the 3rd and 4th Quarter Room Tax Report and place it on file.
Ayes: All Nays: None Motion Carried

to approve the payment of claims
