Personnel Committee
Monday, February 18, 2008, 6:45 p.m.

City Council Chambers, County City Building, 1516 Church Street

Present: Chairman Hanson; Alderpersons Hanson, Wiza, Moore, Molski, Myers

Also Present: Mayor Halverson; City Attorney Molepske; Alderpersons Walther, Heart, Slowinski, Stroik, Moore; Personnel Manager Jakusz; Assessor Siebers; Steve Louis.

Chairman Hanson called the meeting to order.

1. Request from AFSCME Local 309 to donate sick and vacation days for AFSCME 309 employee off on medical leave.

Ald. Molski moved, Ald. Hanson seconded, to approve the donation of vacation, holiday and Comp time effective today and all working units will be notified.

Ayes: Hanson, Moore, Molski, Myers Nays: Wiza Motion carried.

2. Request to hire limited term employees for Revaluation Project.

Ald. Wiza moved, Ald. Moore seconded, to approve the request to hire LTEs.

Ayes: All Nays: None Motion carried.

Adjourned at 6:59 p.m.
