Ald. Trzebiatowski moved, Ald. Slowinski seconded, to approve the 33 new operator's licenses and the change of agent of the Hospitality Group of Central Wisconsin, Terry L. Anderson, 4721 Bluff Road replacing Kimberly Beckham. Ayes, all; nays, none. Motion carried.
C. Special Class "B"/ "Class B" Retailers License:

Brooks seconded, approval of the of the Special Class B - Picnic License for St. Peter's Holy Name Society, 800 Fourth Avenue, for the St. Peter's Annual Dance on Sunday, April 20, 2008 from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at St. Peter's Middle School, Gene Kemmeter, licensed operator on the premises; and for St. Peter's Parish Picnic Committee, 800 Fourth Avenue, for June 14 and Sunday, June 15, 2008 at St. Peter's Middle School, for their annual picnic. Beer sold on school grounds under tents and in school gym. Ayes, all; nays, none. Motion carried.
2. Request to Hold Event

Ald. Stroik noted that this event has been going on for years, but street closings must receive approval from the
Council.
Capt. Ruder stated the parade is following the same route as in years past and there have not been any issues.
Ald. Slowinski moved, Ald. Heart seconded, approval of the event and the street closings for the annual Trivia
Parade on Friday, April 11, 2008, beginning at 4:00 p.m. Ayes, all; nays, none. Motion carried.
3. Consideration of Amendments
to Chapter 12.14(11)(a),(b),and (c).
City Attorney noted that there were some typographical errors that needed to be corrected.
Ald. Heart moved, Ald. Brooks seconded, to approve the amendment to Chapter 12.14(11)(a),(b),and (c). Ayes, all;
nays, none. Motion carried.
4. Review of Unpaid Multiple
Dwelling Licenses.
Director Gardner said that he was pleased to announced that there were no unpaid multiple dwelling licenses.
5. Recommendation of the
monthly Inspection Report:
A. Construction Starts.
B. Violations.
Ald. Slowinski moved, Ald. Trzebiatowski seconded,
to accept the monthly Inspection Report and place it on file. Ayes, all; nays, none; motion carried.
