Goerke Park
and Other Outdoor Skating Rinks
Our Winter season typically runs from the second week of December (approximately) through the end of February, depending on weather conditions and accumulated snowfall.
Outdoor Winter Sports Areas and Goerke Park outdoor ice skating rinks have not yet opened for the season.
Goerke Park warming house supervised hours: Monday - Friday 6 p.m. - 9 p.m.; Saturday 12 - 8 p.m.; Sunday 12 - 5 p.m.*
Goerke Park has a warming house, restrooms, and a lighted hockey rink.
Weather permitting, the Stevens Point Parks and Recreation Department provides outdoor recreational skating rinks throughout the community for your winter enjoyment. The rink locations are as follows:
