City staff and the Community Development Authority administer several Economic Development Programs. A low interest loan program is available to businesses who create new jobs and who sell their product outside the community.

At least one-half of the jobs created must be available to families who meet moderate income guidelines. Loan terms are matched to the need of the applicant.
