Historic Preservation - Local Landmarks

The Historic Preservation/Design Review Commission and the Common Council have identified certain properties as "Local Landmarks."

Local Landmark status requires that exterior alterations be reviewed and approved by the Historic Preservation/Design Review Commission prior to the work being initiated.

Exterior work must be consistent with the historic character of the property.
