Conviction Date: 5/30/2002, 9/10/2002

Offense: Attempted Second Degree Sexual Assault. Mr. Smith entered a local gas station and grabbed the adult female clerk from behind and attempted to drag her into a restroom to sexually assault her. The victim was able to escape through the use of force. Mr. Smith also has a conviction for inappropriately touching 15 year old females.

1. No unsupervised contact with minors; no taverns/bars/liquor stores; no contact with victim; no consumption of alcohol or drugs.
2. Comply with standard sex offender rules; cooperate with electronic monitoring.
3. Face to face contact with law enforcement required; comply with all requirements and lifetime registrant of WI sex offender registration program.
