The Wanderer
program assists with people who have Alzheimer's
Disease. A family member fills out a from with information about the patient and immediate family to contact if
there is a problem. The person also submits a current photo, so that if the person does wander, the Police Department
could refer to the picture to try and help identify the person. Brochures are available at the Police Department
or the Lincoln Center.
