Redevelopment Authority Offers Two New Grant Programs

The City, through the Redevelopment Authority, is pleased to announce two new grant programs, Neighbor Helping Neighbor and Residential Structure Demolition, to assist those home owners and properties who are most in need.

The first program, Neighbor Helping Neighbor, is designed for low and moderate income residents to receive up to $1,000 in reimbursement funding for materials for property improvement projects.  Please note, labor is not an eligible cost.

The second program, Residential Structure Demolition, is a demolition program that will reimburse a property owner up to $15,000 who razes a dwelling and builds a new single family home within 12 months.
