November 3, 2020 General Election Voter Information

Voters are reminded to bring proper photo identification. We strongly encourage everyone to wear a mask when voting in person. If there you have any concerns about in-person voting, you are encouraged to request an absentee ballot before the deadline.

Early In-Person Absentee Voting Hours for the General Election

Early In-Person Absentee Voting will be held at City Hall Conference Rm. 1515 Strongs Ave., 7:30 - 4:00, October 20 - 23, & 7:30 - 5:00, October 26 - 30, and at the Stevens Point Police Dept. Community Rm. 933 Michigan Ave., Noon - 5:00, October 20 - 30.

Stevens Point Installs First Ballot Drop Box

Mayor Mike Wiza announced today that the City of Stevens Point has installed the first of two planned Absentee Ballot drop boxes at City Hall. The box is located in front of City Hall on Strongs Ave.

The box was purchased for just under $2030 each and city employee Ken Rozek installed it this morning. The box is located in front of City Hall on Strongs Avenue directly across from the Portage County Sheriff’s Office.

Polling Location Changes for District 1 & District 10

Due to COVID 19 and restriction of public access to nursing homes and assisted living facilities, District 1 & District 10 polling locations have been moved.
