Elections 2020: 7th Circuit Court of Appeal Rulings

On June 29, 2020, the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals issued its ruling in the One Wisconsin Institute case that had been on appeal since 2016. The ruling had important impacts on absentee voting and voter residency requirements.

Polling Location Changes for District 1 & District 10

Due to COVID 19 and restriction of public access to nursing homes and assisted living facilities, District 1 & District 10 polling locations have been moved.

District 1 – temporarily moved from Briggs Street High Rise, 1300 Briggs Court to Mid-State Technical College, 1001 Centerpoint Drive for the August 11 and November 3 elections.
