Reminder to Remove Snow and/or Ice from your Sidewalk

Reminder: A snow/ice event has occurred which requires property owners to clear their sidewalks within 24 hours or be subject to City abatement costs.

Please remember that sidewalks must always be kept clear of snow and ice, whether it's from a storm, wind, or plows. When snow & ice can't be completely removed, spreading sand on the sidewalk can help people stay safe. Sand is available free of charge.
